Questing Mouse Games ("we", "our", "us") operates Mistie and your privacy is important to us! This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We only store the information necessary to operate the app. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

Information We Collect (End Users)

When you link your Roblox account to Mistie, we store the following data:

Your Discord ID
Your Roblox ID
Your Roblox username at the time of linking
Your playerdata such as scores/stats in our games

We also collect limited Discord data, including:

Servers you are in
Basic Discord profile information (e.g., username, avatar)

We do not store: IP addresses of end users, or any Roblox link history (if you unlink, your past links are permanently removed).

Using the Service

On any Discord server with the Mistie app installed, you can use the /verify command to begin an OAuth2 process that verifies your Roblox account.

Deleting Your Information

If you are verified in a Discord server that uses Mistie, you can use the /unverify command. When you do so, your stored data for that specific server will be deleted immediately.

What Server Owners Can See

If you link your Roblox account on a Discord server using Mistie, that server’s owner and authorized moderators may view the following through our bot or API:

Your linked Roblox ID and username
Your linked Discord ID

This visibility is required for the Mistie bot to function correctly.

How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
To communicate with users for support or updates
To ensure the safety and reliability of Mistie

Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect user data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Mistie is not intended for children under 13 years old. Since it integrates with Discord (a 13+ platform), we do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used Mistie, please contact us so we can remove their information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will post the updated version here. Continued use of the Service after any update indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
