Mistie Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Mistie. If you're under your region's age of majority, you may only use the Service under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your Discord and Roblox accounts secure. Do not share your login credentials or tokens with anyone else.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with the terms and community guidelines of both Discord and Roblox.

2. Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Mistie as intended — to link your Discord and Roblox accounts and interact with the Service. You may not redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit Mistie without our written permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but isn't limited to):

• Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity;
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or exploit Mistie's systems;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with Mistie's code or APIs;
• Falsely claiming association with Mistie, Questing Mouse Games, Discord, or Roblox;
• Using Mistie to harass, spam, or harm others; or
• Using the Service in a way that violates these Terms or any law.

We reserve the right to limit or revoke your access if we detect abuse or misuse of the Service.

4. API Usage

Some parts of Mistie may offer an API for server owners or developers. By using our API, you agree to:

• Follow any documentation or rate limits provided;
• Not use the API to create a competing service or scraper;
• Keep your API keys private and secure; and
• Comply with all applicable laws when handling data from Mistie.

We may suspend or revoke API access at any time for misuse, abuse, or security concerns.

5. Ownership and Feedback

All rights, titles, and interests in Mistie — including its software, visuals, documentation, and branding — belong to Questing Mouse Games. You are not granted any ownership rights except as outlined in Section 2.

If you choose to share suggestions or feedback, you agree that we may use them freely to improve Mistie, without any obligation or compensation to you.

6. User Content

You are responsible for any data or content you submit through the Service. You confirm you have the right to share it. By submitting content, you grant us permission to store and process it solely for the purpose of operating Mistie and providing its functionality.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Mistie depends on Discord and Roblox APIs. We do not control or guarantee their availability, policies, or actions. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Changes and Updates

We may modify Mistie or these Terms at any time. If we make major changes, we'll update this page with a new date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the new version of the Terms.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to Mistie at any time, with or without notice, particularly if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using Mistie at any time. Sections that logically survive termination (like liability limits and ownership) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimer

Mistie is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Mistie will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Questing Mouse Games and its affiliates will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) resulting from your use of Mistie. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months (which will typically be zero for most users).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Questing Mouse Games, its developers, and partners against any claims, damages, or expenses that arise from your use of Mistie or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in British Columbia, unless local law requires otherwise.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms form the complete agreement between you and us regarding Mistie and replace any prior agreements on the same topic.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain valid.
• Waiver: Our decision not to enforce a provision doesn't mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights under these Terms as part of a reorganization or similar event.
• No Affiliation: Mistie is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord or Roblox.
